1) The JV partner must be from India;

2) He/She must have sound knowledge about internet marketing, and knowledge of English (you'll be asked to take a small online test to get approved);

3) He/She must provide a full information of his/her identity viz. name, full postal address, email address, tel. no., age, sex, computer knowledge proficiency, etc. and also must provide proof in support of name and postal address (for your payments to be sent);

4) No payment will be made in advance unless sales are made but 50% of all sales will be paid as your commission. Payment strucuture:--

a) No advance payment;
b) Make sales and get your commission;
c) 50% on all sales;
d) Commission will be calculated on monthly basis;
e) All payments will be made by cheques only (options make be included in future);
f) Your commission of a certain month will be paid within 15th of the following month viz. your commission for the month of August will be paid in September (within 15th).
